 Good Replacement Battery Pack August 15, 2008
The battery pack that came with my $600 JVC GR-DVL915U Mini-DV cam died after 4 years or so. This battery pack works great as a replacement.
 Did not work January 8, 2008
This did not work at all in my JVC GR-DVL120U camcorder as a BN-V408U replacement. Save yourself the headaches and get a real JVC battery, as I did for much more money - but it actually works!
Camcorder up and going for 06 Holiday Season January 11, 2007
Our camcoder was not holding a charge. Did online search and found what we needed on Amazon. Placed the order and received quickly. Exact fit for our camcorder. Camcorder working fine now. Thanks.
Just the same as factory issued January 3, 2007
This battery is *equivalent* as the factory issued battery, thought I do not know if it from the same manufacturer. It lasts up to only an hour, so don't be fooled by the name or product description.
Otherwise, it works just fine.

This battery is NOT compatible with the the JVC-GRD270US video camera. I did get a purchase price refund, but I am out shipping costs both ways.
